⚓ O.K.A.E. Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale Terms & Conditions

These specific terms and conditions apply to all purchases made during the okae. Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM) promotion period. By participating in this sale, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. Sale Period & Scope

  • Offer Name: Okae. Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale

  • Duration: The sale begins at 12pm Thursday, November 21, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday, December 1, 2025. No exceptions will be made for purchases made outside this period.

  • Products Included: The discount applies to all items sitewide.

  • Discount Details: The discount is applied as a straight 15% off the listed price". Discounts can be used in conjunction with the subscribe 10% discount code, totaling 25% off, though not with any other offer or discount code.

2. Orders, Payment, and Stock

  • Pricing: All prices are as marked on the okae. website during the sale period and are subject to stock availability. okae. reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify customers whose orders are affected.

  • Order Acceptance: Orders are not binding until accepted and confirmed by okae. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event of stock unavailability, payment processing issues, or if the order breaches these terms.

  • Stock Levels: All sale items are sold while stocks last. The discount cannot be applied to products that are purchased for backorder unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Processing Times: Due to the high volume of orders during the BFCM period, standard order processing and shipping times may be extended. Estimated dispatch and delivery times will be 3-5 business days longer than normal. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

  • Shipping Offers: Any Free Shipping offer during BFCM applies only to orders over $200 AUD after the discount is applied.

  • Refunds on Sale Items (Change of Mind):

    • Items purchased during the BFCM sale are eligible for a refund or exchange due to change of mind under our standard Returns Policy, provided they are returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

    • Any refund will be issued for the discounted price paid for the item, not the original retail price.

  • Consumer Guarantees (The ACL): Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, statutory or otherwise, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your rights under the ACL (for faulty or misleading products) remain fully protected.

4. Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Redemption: Gift cards or store credit vouchers can be used for purchases during the BFCM sale.

  • Purchase: Gift cards cannot be purchased using a BFCM discount code.
