Refund policy

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging (if applicable).

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@okae.com.au

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.

  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
